What does it mean to teach people to change? Do you think you can do it the same way year after year after year? Because I hear a lot of people, particularly as NLP hits some important anniversaries, putting those forward this idea that the way to teach NLP is the way we taught it 10 years ago, 20 years ago, 50 years ago. And I think we have to challenge that. I think it's really important that we change with the times and with the needs of our clients and with the media that we are using to present training.

And so every few years I rewrite our course. It is the same exercises. It is the same core skill set. That doesn't change.

But it needs to connect to people differently over time. And I think the latest edition of our course is wonderfully well suited to a world where people feel pressured. They feel confused and that they need something certain to hang on to. I have made it easier in this edition of the course to see how to apply different core skills to situations you run into every single day.

So that when you come out of the course, you come out knowing that you can apply what you've learned. Knowing how to continue to get better at what you've learned. And knowing how to set your intention from moment to moment so that even when the world is really trying to rattle you you're able to manage yourself and manage the people around you so you just keep moving forward.
