One to one coaching sessions with NLP are effective ways to address specific problems, challenges or goals. Work with an NLP coach to address patterns in your thoughts or responses that get in the way of living the life you want to live. Sessions are private, safe, and effective.

Linda Ferguson

Are you a resourceful, effective person with a problem that won’t go away or a new challenge that requires new thinking? Linda Ferguson will work with you to isolate the feelings that are getting in your way and create new choices for moving forward.

Are you in a new role that requires new communication skills? Linda Ferguson can show you how to structure your communication to reduce conflict and increase both motivation and agreement. She can provide short term boosts to your writing, speaking or listening skills. She can also serve as a longer term strategic partner in shaping communication and leadership skills.

Philip Clarke

Philip is a certified NLP CANADA Master Practitioner and Mindfulness Coach with experience in coaching in person and online.

Coaching is a way to help people develop and maintain strategies that give them the confidence that they have the best opportunity to achieve their goal. Coaching helps clients to consciously identify the attributes and skills already available to them so that they are able to reorganize those resources into useful patterns and practices that can be easily accessed.

Philip combines NLP and Mindfulness in his practice to help clients improve their ability to choose and maintain useful states; gain confidence by learning how to integrate positive experiences; understand rapport and how it helps us to connect with others and influence positive outcomes; prepare for and set achievable goals and visualize a more desired future.

Tracy Reece

Tracy is a Wellness Practitioner, Emerging Leadership Coach & Health Coach. He works from a capacity building lens supporting self-empowerment whereby individuals take control of their health, success and happiness.

Tracy holds a Master Practitioner Certification in NeuroLinguistic Programming. He is a certified Personality Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner from Thomas International and is also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Tracy believes in a using a practical and holistic approach to individualized client well-being. His understanding, patience, calmness coupled with his confident demeanor has aided him for decades in supporting people as they journey through their life challenges.

Tracy offers three key areas of focus:

  • coaching emerging leaders to work through change, transition and prepare for success
  • Creating effective team environments through employee engagement, individual coaching and executive coaching (talent consultation) within SME (small to medium size enterprise) – position  & career change

Lori Lee Pearn

Lori refers to herself as a guide instead of a coach because she believes all the answers you seek are embedded within you already. But sometimes we need someone else to guide us, remind us, hold enough space long enough for us to find those answers within us.

Lori works with NLP Canada Training modalities and solution focused coaching along with Yasie Shinrin Yoku (Wild Forest Bathing), utilizing creative mindfulness, movement and eco/art therapy techniques. Although she prefers to work outdoors in nature, Lori is just as comfortable in a boardroom or on a Zoom conference call.
