Are there changes you want to make in your life? This workshop series shows you how to use simple principles to think about how to make sustainable, positive change. While the focus will be on things you can do on your own to make change happen, you’ll find the principles also apply when you are helping others to make change.
There is only one registration, so if you register for the first session you will receive reminders for the rest of the series. It’s a modular approach, so you can come to any one workshop and learn from it even if you don’t make all the others.

You don’t have to banish people to make change in your life. You do need to connect in ways that support the change you want to make. Family, friends, and co-workers have a powerful impact on what we notice and how we feel. But we get to choose what we give our attention and what we grow. Learn to see strength and perspective and to grow those in service of the change you want to make.
