February 3, 2026: Self-Knowledge
Self-awareness is not enough: you need to be able to see the meaning that makes sense of your awareness. NLP training offers many ‘aha’ moments when you see something about your own experience that you had not noticed before. It also teaches you some of the patterns and science that make sense of what you notice. It will even allow you to observe yourself as you change and decide whether to keep the change or shift it.
Growth and Healing
Many people seek to move beyond self-awareness to change. They would like to heal from old hurts and nurture growth in themselves. NLP training offers tools for making choices and testing them, seeing every experience as a source of feedback that supports new learning. Participants spend less time limiting themselves and more time observing their own choices and adjusting them without beating themselves up. Essentially they learn how the right combination of stretch and strength creates better choices.
Understand Others
“If I were you. . .” you let your voice trail off as you realize you have no real idea what it is like to be that other person. If you were them, you’d be doing what they’re doing and you would see the world as they see it. But you are not them. You need a process you can practice for building empathy and understanding another person’s state, language, and choices. NLP provides systematic ways to separate your own feelings from your observation so that you understand more and connect better.
Get Stuff Done
What’s on your to-do list and how long has it been there? People think they need help prioritizing, getting motivated, and sticking with projects until they’re done. NLP teaches them that they need to reconcile what their bodies, minds, and social networks are telling them and then mentally walk through actions to test how they will feel and what they will accomplish. NLP shows them how to waste less time and energy looking for certainty that doesn’t exist and instead test ideas with mental models and practice. They try more; they iterate more; and they get more done.
