This is where you start to develop the core skills of NLP. You learn to observe and manage your own thoughts and feelings, recognize motivation and patterns in the behaviours of others, and set up your use of words so that you can be more effective and more confident. Certification requires that you complete all 8 days of training. You’ll be more aware of your own states and the emotions of those around you. You’ll make better choices and adapt better to new circumstances. And you’ll have more choices and flexibility in leading others.

This is training for people who want to keep their heads and keep moving towards their goals, no matter the circumstances. If you want to know that you will maintain your mindset and your leadership under difficult conditions, you need 2 things: 1) the skill to adapt your state to your circumstances and 2) the perspective that allows you to observe and manage opportunities most people don’t see.
The Master Practitioner course builds rock solid confidence and determined optimism. It also introduces more complex framing, strategies and narratives, building on the skills learned in the practitioner certification.
If you are a coach, trainer or leader, this course starts you on the path to excellence. Certification requires that you complete 6 days of online training.
Certification is the standard term for graduation from a program that provides training in the skills, practices and principles of NLP. It’s the smallest unit of training that provides skill development so that you can manage yourself and others more effectively and more flexibly.
NLP Canada Training offers certification at the Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Trainer levels. The Practitioner certification is open to all; the Master Practitioner certification requires NLP Certification from NLP Canada Training or another institution. Trainer certification is an apprenticeship program and is offered by invitation only to NLP Canada Training certified Master Practitioners.
All NLP Certifications are currently offered online by Zoom.
Our online certification training offers the same level of skill development as our in-person training with several advantages:
1) your learning is anchored to your own space so you are more likely to use it;
2) you can easily join future sessions to continue to develop your skills
3) we find people connect and focus as well or better than they do in person.
And there’s a bonus: training with us online will improve your state and performance in on-line meetings.
The training you do is always better than the training you put off. The training you practice is always better than training you do once and forget. Online makes it easier to train and easier to practice. And that makes our graduates better.
There is no governing body for NLP. There are many different streams flowing from the work of the original developers. Our certification is not affiliated with any other institution because 1) there are no recognized standards for training and 2) most trainings include practices that are not aligned with current science on how the brain/body/mind system works.
NLP certification represents your work to develop a skillset. It is not a credential and NLP is not a profession (no matter who trains it). We’ll work with you to develop a payment plan you can manage. Normally a 20% deposit is
required before the course begins, and we’ll agree on monthly payments to be made by pre-authorized credit card or PayPal. There are no extra interest charges or fees as long as you make your payments regularly.
Training is live on Zoom and you will spend most of your time in a breakout space with one or two other people. Days run from 10:00 AM Eastern to 5:30 PM Eastern (Adjust for your time zone). We never record and we do not allow recording.

We train live on Zoom and you will spend most of your time in a breakout space with one or two other people. Days run from 10AM – 5:30PM Eastern (please adjust for your time zone).
Between weekends, you will be asked to schedule a private tutorial with a trainer to explore how to apply what you are learning in your life and work. You’ll also be asked to record a half hour session where you apply Master level framing, strategies and language. Presenting this video to the class will give you powerful insights into your use of NLP and new confidence in applying it.
