What if you could learn something in one short workshop that you would use every day? You probably have an unconscious belief that making a noticeable impact on your life requires big changes and lots of work. That’s only half right. If you use a small amount of willpower to make a small change and you make it every day, you will notice an impact.
In this series of free live-on-Zoom workshops, we’ll show you how each of the core skillsets in NLP can be applied in your everyday life. You’ll practice at least one technique that you can begin to use immediately to make the small differences that will make a big difference.
If you register once, you’ll receive links and handouts for all future workshops in this series.
Wednesday, Sept 9: Everyday Emotions
Emotional intelligence means recognizing and changing emotions: your own and other people’s. In NLP, we call it state management. There are no days when you don’t have feelings associated with what you are thinking, doing, and noticing in other people. Emotions happen every day.
In this workshop, you’ll practice noticing and making a change at one point in your day that you recognize as a regular challenge. Whether it is first thing in the morning or a task you dread doing, changing your emotions in that moment will set you up for a better day. Every day.
