New for Summer 2026! This workshop series will walk with you down 5 paths to positive change. You’ll learn to approach change by moving in one of the 5 directions that change you so that you can change the way you feel and the impact you make.
The 5 paths to change:
June 2 Purpose: Change direction, intention or outcome
June 16 Resources: Change what you remember, what you feel, and the story you tell
July 7 Relationships: Choose to connect to achieve security, change your state, or model a skill
July 21 Predictions: Make better predictions through patterns, shifts, and mental rehearsal
Aug 4 Integration: Step into the big picture with congruence, identity and purpose
All workshops are live on Zoom. You must attend with camera and microphone on. We never record and we ask that you not record or use AI notetakers during these sessions. Instead, arrive ready to learn by interacting with different parts of yourself and with interesting people. You will learn through experience and take notes only of the parts of the evening that have a direct impact on what you think and what you do.
