NLP for Mental Well-Being (Full Day)

In this one day course, we use NLP techniques to explore how we experience well-being and support mental health through the choices we make. This course is not desigend to fix problems. It’s designed to build and support health through changing our focus and behaviours.

Learn how movement, purpose, work and friendship can each contribute to both well-being and strength. Focus on what is useful to you and help others to focus on the choices that will make a difference to their balance, energy and accomplishments.
