Most people start the year at a disadvantage. Instead of thinking about where they can build on strength, they think about deficits and difficulties. They make (and break) resolutions to fix themselves or their situations. There’s a better way. If you want to grow something amazing, you start by understanding the conditions that allow it to thrive. If you want to grow something in your life, you start by exploring bright spots.
In this 90 minute interactive workshop, you’ll explore three bright spots from 2025: an experience, a relationship, and an achievement that surprised you in a good way.
January 20: Flashlights
There’s no point in starting from scratch: there’s lots in your past that you can use to build a great year in 2026. If you missed January 6, please think about your bright spots before you arrive (we’ll recap at the beginning of the workshop). We don’t use light to look backwards: we use it to show us the path ahead. Your bright spots of 2025 should become flashlights in 2026. Explore what you see in 2026 when your bright spots are lighting the path ahead for who you will be, how you will connect, and what you achieve in the coming months.
