What makes a goal great? Is it that you seek great achievement or that you are motivated to make positive change as soon as you envision the goal? Without goals, we default to looking for trouble–and we always find it. When we choose goals that set us up to look for opportunity, opportunity is often what we find. And when those same goals require that we grow our skills and strengths, we are motivated to do the work to get better.
