In this workshop we’ll explore three ways to notice and shape change, leading with different parts of the self. Each human being has a mind, a brain, a body and a network of social connections. Any of these can change, and any change in one will lead to change in all other parts of the self.

Changing the self can also change your relationships, environments or influence. Learn how to use anchors, stories, and mental rehearsal to make change happen.
