NLP is related to several models of change: it is both a model of faster, more effective learning and connected to models of change from coaching and therapy. This makes it useful for making proactive change in yourself, supporting change in others, and responding to change when it happens around you.

In this workshop, we will use NLP to explore some building blocks for confidence and how to use them to build for confidence in the future.
